JHIntegration is a dynamic organization dedicated to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, one action, one word, one pedal stroke at a time. It collaborates with businesses, organizations, and clubs to create inclusive environments through customized training, workshops, practical support, and personalized accessible tools.

The organization also hosts community and philanthropic cycling events, notably supporting people living with mild traumatic brain injury, thereby helping to integrate accessibility and inclusive participation in all spheres, from work to sports.

Meet Our Founder

Julie Hutsebaut has more than twenty years of experience in accessibility and inclusion in diverse workplaces, in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Driven by the desire to improve access to services and employment, she uses her sense of coherence to contribute to the inclusion of people who identify as members of designated groups seeking equity.
