About Julie Hutsebaut

Julie is a committed woman and passionate mother, guided by a clear vision: “to build more inclusive, accessible, and humane environments”. Visionary and strategic, she uses her rigor and consistency to raise awareness and promote diversity in all the environments in which she works.
Sports background
An athlete for nearly twenty years, Julie retains a performance-oriented mindset, discipline, and collaboration from her sports career. A former professional cyclist, she competed on several continents before becoming a coach and sports director for women’s teams. Her commitment then led her to Paralympic sports, where she deepened her expertise and understanding of issues related to the inclusion of people with disabilities.
Mission and History
In 2013, a minor accident with permanent consequences marked a turning point in her career. Now living with a mild traumatic brain injury, Julie discovered firsthand the invisible barriers that many people face. This experience reinforced her mission: to promote the integration of people from diverse backgrounds in the workplace.
Having become a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP) and paralanguage specialist, Julie works in the field of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) with organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She then decided to found JHIntegration, a mission-driven company that places accessibility, inclusion, and health at the heart of its actions, with a philanthropic component rooted in the community.
Community involvement
Convinced of the benefits of physical activity, Julie devotes her volunteer efforts to sports committees to promote more equitable and accessible practices, fostering an inclusive sports environment. Through JHIntegration, she also organizes cycling events whose mission is to encourage health, inclusion, and safety, while supporting initiatives dedicated to people living with mild traumatic brain injury.

Inclusion and Accessibility Statement
At JHIntegration, we believe that all people should benefit equally from access to employment, communications, services and sports activities at all levels. We emphasize accessible and inclusive communication and intentionally collaborate with individuals who identify with diverse communities and share the values of respect, excellence and integrity. That’s why we strive to offer accessible and inclusive services in the most caring, safe and humble way possible.
With deep appreciation, JHIntegration would like to thank all predecessors and current women, especially those living with disabilities, for their struggle and commitment to equity and respect for human rights. We recognize the unceded traditional territories on which we operate, honor and respect the history, languages and cultures of indigenous peoples, and strive to build respectful and lasting relationships with all communities. Thus, our desire is that by promoting accessibility and inclusion, JHIntegration not only enhances the user experience, but also strengthens our collective ability to innovate and prosper..
Despite our best efforts, we are constantly learning and can always improve. It is with intellectual humility that we welcome your constructive comments. Thank you for accompanying us on our journey towards greater universal accessibility.
